Who You Talk To
When you reach out through Fantasymanage Tree Service, you end up speaking with an independent tree removal provider in your area. These are separate local businesses. They run their own crews, set their own prices and schedule their own jobs. Fantasymanage Tree Service makes the introduction and stays out of the work itself.
What Happens on the Call
Expect a few plain questions. The provider will want to know where the tree is, how big it looks, and what is near it, such as a roof, a fence, power lines or a pool. Photos can help. Some providers quote from a description, and others like to see the tree first.
If a storm just hit, say so. Many providers can respond quickly to emergency tree removal and storm tree clearance, but timing varies. Request a callback to check provider availability before you plan your day around it.
What to Ask a Provider
A short list keeps quotes easy to compare:
- Is the price in writing, and what does it include?
- Does it cover haul-away, wood and chips, and cleanup?
- Is stump grinding included, or priced as an add-on?
- What licenses and insurance does the provider hold, and can you see proof?
- How will the crew protect the lawn, roof and driveway?
- What could change the price once work begins?
Ask the same questions of every provider. Matching answers make matching numbers.
You Are in Control
You do not have to accept the first quote. Get more than one if the job is large, and compare them line by line. A much lower number may leave something out, so find out what. If a provider pushes you to decide on the spot, take that as a reason to slow down.
If you have a damage claim in mind, ask the provider about photos and notes. Providers can often help document damage for a claim, and some policies may cover sudden damage. Check your policy for details.
